Mr. William Egan Crouse is the Founder and National Director
of The Character Connection. Mr. Crouse is a living testimony
toThe Power Behind The Peaceful Solution.

Mr. Crouse spent 20 years of his youth and adult life in
detention centers and prisons with a three and a half year
stretch in solitary confinement. He was declared incorrigible
by the Judicial system in the State of Alaska with no hope of
rehabilitation.

Then Mr. Crouse was introduced to The Peaceful Solution
Character Education Program by Mr. Yisrayl Hawkins. For the
first time in his life Mr. Crouse saw there was a reason to live
a life of care and compassion towards his fellow man and
himself.

The principles that Mr. Hawkin's Peaceful Solution Character
Education Program taught were life changing for Mr.Crouse.
They were laid out in such a way that they were easy to
understand and put into practice in Mr. Crouse's life.

Mr. Crouse established The Character Connection and began
to teach students, both young and old from all walks of life
these simple but effective principles.

Businesses, Physicians, Public Schools, Private Schools,
Home Schools, Social Organizations, Detention Centers,
Prisons, Churches, and Individuals are asking to be taught.
Now Mr. Crouse is giving scores of presentations on a regular
basis as well as teaching classes and providing workshops in
Laredo and throughout the country.

13 Years Later
William Egan Crouse recently returned to Alaska
hoping to freely give of the knowledge he has freely recieved.

While in Alaska Mr.Crouse presented
The Peaceful Solution Character Education Program
to the very prison facilities where he had been incarcerated
for the majority of his life

Mr. Crouse also used the opportunity to present
The Peaceful Solution Character Education Program
to schools, churches, media outlets, and other
educational facilities and municipalities
within a 150 mile radius of Anchorage.

The dignitaries that Mr. Crouse counseled with
were amazed at the change in his character, as some of them had
dealt with him years earlier through the Alaskan Justice System.

To those that have received this message with joy
and have expressed a real interest in lasting change in
thier lives, Mr. Crouse has extended the offer to personally
conduct classes and seminars throughout the area.
He also has offered the services of his entire staff at

Mr Crouse would sincerely like to commend those municipalities,
organizations, and individuals that see the great benefit that
comes from teaching great moral character to all citizens.

While counseling with Mayor Diane M. Keller of Wasilla, Alaska,
Mr. Crouse was very pleased to learn that
Mayor Keller agreed with teaching positive moral character to all
and that she was in full agreement with her predecessor
Mayor, (now Governor) Sarah Palin when she wrote.....

Many current societal problems will be alleviated when the citizens
of this city live by positive and constructive character qualities
which distinguish between right and wrong; and

Whereas, teaching positive character qualities to juvenille
delinquents has been shown to produce a change in behavior,
reducing recidivism rates; and

Whereas, our schools should be a safe atmosphere where
character is exemplified, taught and strengthened and
where learning is encouraged.
